Our Experience
Barb Kloberdanz has been a leader in the aquatics field since 1985 and has served as an EMT in emergency medical services since 1988. She has successfully opened award-winning aquatic facilities throughout her career, published insightful articles, and contributed to various committees. Barb has also presented workshops on various topics, including effective maintenance practices, risk management, facility operations, and leadership development.
Ms. Kloberdanz possesses a diverse skill set, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Denver, with a focus on Enterprise Architecture and Project Management.
As the President of Aquastar Consulting Inc., Barb is dedicated to nurturing the growth of aquatic professionals and enhancing the success of aquatic facilities.
